Suad is a driven and passionate individual who has dedicated her career to improving the lives of families and communities. With her compassionate heart and exceptional skills, she has achieved success in various roles within the social services field. Her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on those in need is what sets her apart and makes her a valuable asset to the home health care industry.

Suad began her career as an advocate and family service worker for the Arlington County Head Start Program. In this role, she gained valuable experience in working with families and providing support to those in need. She then took on the role of an independent contractor, providing therapy and parent coaching services to participants and their caregivers in Loudoun County CPS.

Suad's dedication to her clients was evident in her ability to listen, communicate, and offer viable solutions.

Suad's background also includes experience as a CASA Supervisor for Loudoun County Parks and Recreation, where she was responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring that the program's goals and objectives were met. Her leadership skills and commitment to her team were evident in her ability to create a positive and supportive work environment. In addition to her experience, Suad holds a MS degree in Nonprofit Management from UMD and a BA in Sociology from GMU. This education has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the social services field and the necessary skills to effectively manage and lead teams.

It was during her personal experience caring for her grandmother with cancer and Alzheimer's that Suad realized the importance of compassion and empathy in caretaking. This inspired her to start Cherish Home Health Care, where she has used her passion and experience to create a vision for the company that prioritizes holistic wellbeing for those in need. As COO, Suad is committed to ensuring that Cherish Home Health Care provides the highest quality care and services to its clients. In her free time, Suad enjoys reading, traveling with her family, taking walks, listening to jazz, and watching movies. Her diverse interests and hobbies allow her to recharge and bring fresh perspectives to her role at Cherish Home Health Care.

A devoted and compassionate registered nurse specializing in cardiovascular perfusion. With a strong foundation in both psychology and nursing, Kali holds bachelor's degrees in both fields and has further honed her expertise with a master's degree in Cardiovascular Perfusion. Her commitment to patient-centered care is evident through her experience in the cardiovascular intensive care unit and emergency department. Kali is known for her caring and dedicated approach, always putting the well-being of her patients first. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys indulging in hobbies such as reading books, shopping, and cherishing precious moments with her baby boy. 

My name is Izzy and I am a very cheerful nurse. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I love being a nurse because it gives me an opportunity to take great care of my patients, to help them achieve the best health outcome. It always makes my day anytime I am able to put smiles on the faces of my patients! Like Florence Nightingale – I never take or give excuses, but always put in my very best efforts to dispense care, comfort, and compassion. In my spare time, I love watching medical drama series and traveling!
